In addition, the company operates Peak Tram, wholesaling and retailing of food and beverage products; The Quail, laundry services and the provision of management and consultancy services for clubs. The company also offers marketing services; and offers property investment services, as well as operates golf club and resort, and Peninsula Boutiques. The company was formerly known as The Hongkong Hotel Company, Limited. The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited was incorporated in 1866 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong.
