It develops commercial and residential properties; and owns and operates property development projects. The company is involved in property investments mainly shopping malls, as well as hotel operations. In addition, it owns and manages international branded hotels and self-owned branded chain hotels. The company was founded in 1990 and is based in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China.
