The Securities Brokerage and Related Financial Services segment offers a full range of securities brokerage and related services, including dealing in securities and future contracts, advising on corporate finance, and asset management services. The Provision of Finance segment conducts money lending activities. The Control Procedures for the Money Lending Service segment provides assessment and internal control procedures for money lending business, such a loan application, loan approval, and loan monitoring and repayment collection services. The Securities Investments and Proprietary Trading segment comprises purchase and sale of listed and unlisted equity/debt investments. The Entertainment Business segment is involved in CGI and film related businesses/investments. It also holds and licenses intellectual property rights of CGI animation pictures; and provides administrative services. Imagi International Holdings Limited was incorporated in 1997 is headquartered in North Point, Hong Kong.
