It offers voice and unified communications, such as local business telephone services, one communications, smart value added services (VAS) for business communications, international telephone services, smart VAS for cross border communications, conference fixed-mobile integration, customer communication management, business continuity, and communication security services; data connectivity, including leased lines, optical data services, optical data services, dedicated cloud connectivity, and payment solutions for banks; and enterprise communications solutions, audio visual solutions, office solutions, data infrastructure, professional services and maintenance, and video surveillance solutions. The company also provides broadband services, Wi-Fi, cloud office and hosting, and anti DDoS; mobility security, fixed-mobile integration, collaboration, mobile business, and other mobility solutions; facility management services; merchant payment solutions; and virtualization and cloud, and call center outsourcing services. In addition, it offers fixed line and IDD, internet, infotainment, and esmarthealth services, as well as home automation, home network, home entertainment, consumer electronics, and smart living online shop services. The company was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. HKT Trust and HKT Limited is a subsidiary of CAS Holding No.1 Ltd.
