Public Financial Holdings Limited, an investment and property holding company, provides various banking and financial services in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The company operates through Retail and Commercial Banking; Wealth Management Services, Stockbroking and Securities Management; and Other Businesses segments. The Retail and Commercial Banking segment offers various products and services, including deposit accounts; mortgages and consumer lending products; hire purchase and leasing; financing to purchasers of licensed public vehicles, such as taxis and public light buses; services and financing for customers in trading, manufacturing, and various other business sectors; foreign exchange services; and cash management services for deposit taking and lending, interest rate risk management, and fund management services. The Wealth Management Services, Stockbroking and Securities Management segment is involved in the management of investments in debt securities and equities; securities dealing and commission income receipt; and provision of wealth management products and services. The Other Businesses segment trades in and leases taxis; and lets investment properties. It provides personal and property mortgage loans, and nominee services. The company was formerly known as JCG Holdings Limited. Public Financial Holdings Limited was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. Public Financial Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Public Bank Berhad.
