Yuexiu Services Group Limited, an investment holding company, provides non-commercial and commercial property management services in Mainland China and Hong Kong. The company operates in two segments: Non-Commercial Property Management and Value-Added Services; and Commercial Property Management and Operational Services. It offers cleaning, security, gardening, and repair and maintenance services to property owners, property owners' associations and residents, and property developers. The company also provides value-added services to non-property owners, such as sales office and display unit management and pre-delivery support; carpark space sales assistance; ancillary property leasing; and preliminary planning, design consultancy, and intelligent services. In addition, it offers community value-added services, including home-living and space operation, as well as decoration, turnkey, and move-in furnishing services. Further, the company provides commercial operation and management services comprising advertising space leasing and common area leasing services; market positioning consultancy; tenant sourcing services; and agency and contract consulting services. The company was formerly known as Yuexiu Property Management Holding Limited and changed its name to Yuexiu Services Group Limited in January 2021. Yuexiu Services Group Limited was founded in 1992 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
