The company's professional property management services include property management services and ancillary services, such as cleaning, gardening, security, repair and maintenance, and butler services for property developers and property owners of residential and non-residential properties, as well as online property referral and agency services. It offers value-added services, including cleaning, security, and maintenance services for pre-sale display units and sales offices, etc. to non-property owners; community value-added services, such as common area value-added services, community retail, community media, furnishing, and other community convenience services to property owners; and software services comprising development, supply, and maintenance of information technology applications, as well as computer system services. The company was formerly known as Fineland Real Estate Services Group Limited and changed its name to Fineland Living Services Group Limited in June 2021. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Guangzhou, the People's Republic of China. Fineland Living Services Group Limited is a subsidiary of Mansion Green Holdings Limited.
