The company was formerly known as CDB Leasing Co., Ltd. and changed its name to China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in September 2015. The company was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China. China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Development Bank.
