The company also trades in aluminium products, as well as supplies aluminium products for construction projects; and offers loan financing services. In addition, it provides development, engineering, and construction services for a mining project; and construction contracts services. The company was formerly known as Ocean Grand Holdings Limited and changed its name to Zhidao International (Holdings) Limited in June 2012. Zhidao International (Holdings) Limited was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
