The company operates through two segments, Wastewater Treatment and Healthcare. It is involved in the development of water purification technology and wastewater treatment equipment trading; and trading of wastewater treatment facilities and machineries. The company also develops environmental protection related projects; and provides environmental protection technology and equipment system integration, as well as offers environmental consultancy and project technical services. In addition, it develops medical information systems; and provides healthcare management consulting services and related products. The company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
