It operates through Wealth Solutions, Financing, and Corporate Finance segments. The company offers financial services and investment products to its clients spanning securities, futures, and options traded on exchanges; customized investment portfolios, including insurance, funds, bonds, and stocks; customized investment services, such as private investment funds, personalized discretionary investment portfolio management services, and investment information services; and manages open-ended fund companies and limited partnership funds. It also provides short-term and long-term loans, including personal loans, and first and second mortgages loans; and professional advisory services on corporate transactions comprising IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, project investment, asset sales, corporate restructuring, issuance, and placement and underwriting of shares and bonds. In addition, it is involved in the provision of promotion and marketing; management; futures brokerage; securities brokerage and margin financing; business development; and insurance services. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
