The company was formerly known as Macau Investment Holdings Limited and changed its name to Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd in February 2011. Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Admiralty, Hong Kong.
