The company develops BRII-179, BRII-835, and BRII-877, which are in Phase 2 the development of a functional cure for HBV for Hepatitis B; BRII-179, a recombinant protein-based HBV immunotherapeutic candidate that is in Phase 2; and BRII-732 that is in Phase 1 clinical trial and BRII-753, which is in preclinical stage for the treatment of HIV. It develops BRII-296 for the treatment of PPD/MDD, anxiety, and other depressive disorders; BRII-297 for treatment of various depressive disorders; BRII-693 for the treatment of multi-drug resistant/extensive drug resistant (MDR/XDR) gram-negative infections; and BRII-658 for oral treatment for patients with chronic NTM lung disease.
