Suxin Joyful Life Services Co., Ltd. provides property management service for public infrastructure and facilities, commercial properties, and residential communities in the People's Republic of China. The company offers municipal infrastructure services, including cleaning, greening, maintenance, regular inspection, and refurbishment services to city roads, external walls of buildings along main city roads, street lamps, water supply network, and tram and tram platforms. It also provides property management services including cleaning, security, gardening, landscaping, repair, and maintenance services to public facilities, such as public museums, libraries, art and sports centers, city parks, and office buildings for public authorities. In addition, the company operates waste collection centers; and offers commercial property management services for industrial parks, office buildings, apartments, and commercial complexes, as well as carpark space management services, resource management, property agency, and other customized services. Further, it offers residential property management and property leasing services. The company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Suzhou, the People's Republic of China.
