Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited, an investment holding company, primarily engages in the provision of property management, and commercial operational and value-added services in the People's Republic of China. It operates through three segments: Property Management and Commercial Operational Services, Community Value-Added Services; and Value-Added Services to Non-Property Owners. The company provides property management services comprising security, cleaning, greening, gardening, and repair and maintenance services for residential properties, shopping malls, office buildings, hospitals, schools, government buildings, and public service facilities. It also engages in the provision of positioning and design management, tenancy sourcing and management, opening preparation, business plan management, tenant coaching, consumer management, and marketing services, as well as pre-delivery services to property developers; consultancy services to assist with the overall planning and management of pre-sale activities; and property engineering services. In addition, the company provides carpark, and energy management and community space operation services; community living services, such as home appliances maintenance and repair services, retail sale of commodities, home decoration services, housekeeping, and other bespoke services; and property brokerage services to property owners and residents of its managed properties. Further, it is involved in the information technology, and leasing and commercial activities. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China. Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited operates as a subsidiary of Shine Wind Development Limited.
