The company was formerly known as Fook Woo Group Holdings Limited and changed its name to Integrated Waste Solutions Group Holdings Limited in August 2013. Integrated Waste Solutions Group Holdings Limited was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. Integrated Waste Solutions Group Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Chow Tai Fook (Holding) Limited.
