CLSA Premium Limited was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Hong Kong, Hong Kong. CLSA Premium Limited is a subsidiary of CITIC Securities International Company Limited. As of April 1, 2025, CLSA Premium Limited operates as a subsidiary of Beijing Tong Ren Tang (Cayman) Limited.
