In addition, the company provides flexible supply chain financing solutions; guarantee services; and management, investment, lease and business, and IT services. The company was formerly known as Sheng Ye Capital Limited and changed its name to SY Holdings Group Limited in December 2021. SY Holdings Group Limited was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China. SY Holdings Group Limited is a subsidiary of Wisdom Cosmos Limited.
