The company was formerly known as Inter Consortium Holdings Limited and changed its name to Huajin International Holdings Limited in May 2015. Huajin International Holdings Limited was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Jiangmen City, the People's Republic of China. Huajin International Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Haiyi Limited.
