It also provides interbank borrowing and lending, and commercial financing for other financial institutions; bankruptcy management; consulting and advisory services for finance, investment, legal, and risk management; and asset and project evaluation services. In addition, the company is involved in approved asset securitization business, financial institution custody, closing, and liquidation of business; and other businesses. The company was formerly known as China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and changed its name to China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. in January 2024. China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China.
