In addition, the company provides contracting services for various fire suppression and detection systems; and offers maintenance and repair services for building services systems and replacement of parts. It serves subcontractors, landlords, and property developers. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.
