Central Development Holdings Limited offers its jewelry products to jewelry distributors and retailers. The company was formerly known as Zhong Fa Zhan Holdings Limited and changed its name to Central Development Holdings Limited in October 2019. Central Development Holdings Limited was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The company is a subsidiary of Resources Rich Capital Limited.
