The company was formerly known as Tianda Holdings Limited and changed its name to Tianda Pharmaceuticals Limited in September 2012. The company was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. Tianda Pharmaceuticals Limited is a subsidiary of Tianda Group Limited.
