It operates through four segments: Provision of Procurement Services and Other IT Services; Trading Business; Rental Income; and Energy Management Contracting Business. The company is involved in the provision of procurement services to governmental authorities, and private enterprises; development of software and provision of maintenance services; provision of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services; and procurement of goods for EPC services. It also engages in the leasing of investment properties; trading of general goods; and provision of energy management contracting services. The company was formerly known as China Public Procurement Limited and changed its name to Cherish Sunshine International Limited in August 2022. Cherish Sunshine International Limited was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, Hong Kong.
