The company was formerly known as Winsway Enterprises Holdings Limited and changed its name to E-Commodities Holdings Limited in August 2016. E-Commodities Holdings Limited was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China. E-Commodities Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Famous Speech Limited.
