Xuan Wu Cloud Technology Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides intelligent customer relationship management (CRM) services in the People's Republic of China. It operates in two segments, CRM PaaS Services and CRM SaaS Services. The company offers communication platform as a service to encapsulate messaging communication capabilities of major telecommunication network operators for enabling the customers to access and utilise the communication capabilities as a service; and CRM SaaS services that provide marketing cloud, sales and service cloud, which enable the Group to provide the customer with a one-stop intelligent CRM services through business cycle, from initial marketing to after-sales services. It also engages in the undertaking code numbers and procurement of channel resources from operators; and provision of voice and video communication capabilities. The company serves companies in fast moving consumer goods; financial; technology, media, and telecom; and government-related industries, as well as other sectors. Xuan Wu Cloud Technology Holdings Limited was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Guangzhou, the People's Republic of China.
