It also provides lifestyle services, such as community events planning services; management and agency services, such as car parking spaces management, car parking spaces and property sales business, property leasing, and public resources management and events management services; utility maintenance services; and renovation management and decoration services. In addition, the company offers FATH and other comprehensive services for foreign-owned enterprises, foreign embassies, international schools, and hospitals and medical facilities, which include foreign and medical related services; sales assistance services comprising cleaning, security, maintenance of display units, visitor management, and hospitality services; preliminary planning and delivery assistance services, such as pre-delivery consultancy and inspection services; digital and intelligent technology services; maintenance and rectification services; and other tailored services. Further, it provides real estate marketing and brokerage, information and education technology, e-commerce, construction engineering consultancy, culture development, construction, marketing planning, enterprise and hospital management, environmental landscape engineering, community, trading, and nursery services. The company serves property developers and owners, residents, enterprises, foreign affairs, and medical related customers. The company was formerly known as Chongqing Dongyuan Renzhi Industrial Co., Ltd and changed its name to Dowell Service Group Co. Limited in December 2020. Dowell Service Group Co. Limited was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Chongqing, China.
