In addition, it provides value-added services to non-property owners, such as preliminary planning and design consultancy, sales office management, pre-delivery, repair and maintenance, property transaction assistance, and security support services; and community value-added services to property owners and residents comprising community space management, decoration and turnkey furnishing, convenient living, and community retail services.
