The company was formerly known as Smart Raise International Holdings Limited and changed its name to Zhi Sheng Group Holdings Limited in April 2016. Zhi Sheng Group Holdings Limited was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Chengdu City, the People's Republic of China.
