In addition, it provides professional event management and marketing services, as well as engages in the e-commerce activities for optical products. Further, the company involves in acquiring and holding franchises dealing in optical products; trading of electronic hardware; provision of accounts receivable financing services; and providing services to insurance companies, intermediates, and other insurance participants with application of digital renminbi. The company was formerly known as MOG Holdings Limited and changed its name to MOG Digitech Holdings Limited in April 2023. MOG Digitech Holdings Limited was incorporated in 2019 and is headquartered in Nanchang, the People's Republic of China.
