Wuling Motors Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, engages in trading and manufacturing of automotive components, engines, and specialized vehicles in the People's Republic of China. It operates through Vehicle's Power Supply Systems; Automotive Components and Other Industrial Services; Commercial Vehicles Assembly; and Others segments. The company also offers specialized vehicles, which includes new energy, special purpose, and non-road vehicles; and powertrain systems including plug-in hybrid electric drive system, range-extender, driving motor, and motor controllers. In addition, it provides range of auto parts comprising chassis products, such as rear drive, gear, rear torsion beam and independent suspension assembly, muffler exhaust assembly, three-way catalytic converter package, rear and front brake assembly, front and rare sub-frame, and front suspension; and interior and exterior decoration products including front and rear seats, door trim, cockpit assembly, and front and rear bumper assembly. The company also offers stamping and welding modules, which includes roof and engine hood panels, rear lower body, insulator, side door panels, cargo compartment assembly, and main bolster; and electronic and electrical systems, such as combination, multifunctional and electric seat switches, new energy electric compressor, compressor assembly, and double-gun AC charging pile. Further, it provides autonomous driving technology including motor and body controller, and parking, electronic steering, and service brake system. The company also engages in trading of steels; and provision of water and power supply services. The company was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. Wuling Motors Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Wuling (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited.
