The company mines and sells coal; and distributes and sells electricity. In addition, it is involved in the manufacture and trading of gas, testing equipment, and intelligent equipment; and agricultural production, technological development, and consulting activities. Further, the company manufacture and trades beauty products. China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Xinxiang, the People's Republic of China.
