Its property portfolio comprises commercial and residential properties, shops, and car parking spaces, as well as provides advertising services. The company also invests in and holds properties; holds and trades in securities, financial assets, and treasury products; imports and distributes Ferrari and Maserati cars; provides after-sale services; and acquires, trades in, and sells classic cars and collectible precision devices, as well as offers car logistic services. In addition, it engages in the film operation; and multimedia, classic car restoration and maintenance, artist management, and magazine publication activities, as well as operates a classic car service center. The company was formerly known as CCT Telecom Holdings Limited. CCT Fortis Holdings Limited was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
