S.A.I. Leisure Group Company Limited, an investment holding company, provides leisure tourism services in Saipan, Guam, and Hawaii. The company operates through three segments: Hotels & Resorts, Luxury Travel Retail, and Destination Services. The Hotels & Resorts segment operates and manages hotels and resorts; offers food and beverage, meetings, banquets, and other hospitality services; and leases commercial premises located in the hotel buildings. The Luxury Travel Retail segment operates luxury travel retail stores, which offers luxurious and leisure clothing, leather goods, and fashion accessories. This segment operates luxury travel retail boutiques in Saipan, Hawaii, and Guam. The Destination Services segment provides excursion tours comprising SeaTouch, a stingray interaction experience; Let's Go, a four-wheel drive jungle and mountain adventure; and Jetovator, a hydro-powered jet ski that propels guests through the air. This segment also operates souvenir and convenience stores; offers booking services for third-party operated activities and tours; and works with tour operators to provide destination-based concierge and travel management services to their guests. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. S.A.I. Leisure Group Company Limited is a subsidiary of THC Leisure Holdings Limited.
