The company operates through four segments: HK Medical Business, Sales of Medical Consumables, Mainland China Ophthalmic Business, and Mainland China Dental Business. It provides dental, oncology, medical aesthetics, and laboratory services; and engages in the sale of vision aid products, such as glasses and lens, and medical consumables. The company also operates eye and surgery centers, and satellite clinics that provide cataract, glaucoma, strabismus and refractive surgeries, external eye diseases, and vitreoretinal disease services. In addition, it provides dental and other medical services. The company was formerly known as C-MER Eye Care Holdings Limited and changed its name to C-MER Medical Holdings Limited in June 2024. The company was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. C-MER Medical Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of C-MER Group Limited.
